Id love to say this was a great experience but it was not.. The phone arrived with a deep gouge on the screen which was very noticeable.. if this was just a surface scratch I probably could deal with it being a renewed phone. It is so deep I can catch my finger on it as I move across the screen. Tried to return for replacement and have been asked to jump through hoops.. Seller asked for "many pictures" of packaging ect. Said we would have to Put in a claim with the carrier (shipper), and they had no resolution otherwise.. Reviews for this seller seem to be pretty good overall so I'm thinking I got an outlier when it comes to the quality of phone I received. That being said, with the guarantee you see at the bottom of the page trust me, if you have a problem it's not as easy as just returning the phone. You will be required to do extensive work to get a replacement if you get one at all. I'm still waiting.
