DO NOT PURCHASE!! Seriously, this company is a complete joke. Wish I had paid attention to the other bad reviews. The tree was missing parts making it impossible to assemble. I called Best Choice Products to ask for replacement parts and they put me on hold for over an hour! When I finally got someone they told me to give them the Amazon order number. They couldn't find the order number in their system so they put me on hold 2 more times for a total of 30 more minutes (grand total 1.5 hours) and then hung up on me while I was on hold! I called back 2 more times, was on hold for over 2 hours, and was hung up on twice again by their system, I never actually spoke to a real person after that initial call. Over 3 hours wasted with no resolution. I am returning this piece of junk. PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY
