I got the product yesterday. I cleaned the bathroom tub and toilet with just the first batch of water...the cap that you open and close to put water in...I could not get it to open to do subsequent cleanings. What a bummer. I was really hoping to do more cleaning to do a thorough review but the machine didn't even give me a chance. On top of this, I couldn't even get the soiled stuff off of the toilet bowl and rims. Plus, two of the attachments did not stay on as you put it on. There was no hook to have it stay on. It literally came off if you didn't hold it on to the nozzle. Disappointed is rather not the word to describe this. Will never buy into cheap stuff again. Will look into more expensive machines with better quality that works as it says it will.
