I tried to repair the frames of three different glasses (Plastic and Metal) and it would not bond to the material so it failed to make the repair. However, the frame of a forth pair is holding but I do not trust it. The product is easy to use and cures when exposed to the LED lamp. It changes from a clear liquid to opaque after it is cured. The integrity of the weld material (plastic glue) is strong but it does not fuse (stick) to the base material as a typical welding process would. Any "welder" designation should be removed from the product description. Simply put, it is just epoxy that is activated with an led. It may work in other applications, but at this point I should have returned it for a refund. I have no choice but to give it a low review.
