This is the second time I have ordered this product. The first time was great and no issues, and my 3 yr old French bulldog loved them. We just received the second batch with a new label, I gave it to my dog on Monday morning, by Monday night he was violently vomiting, wouldn't eat or drink. He has now been at the vet getting IV hydration treatments and meds for 3 days. This is the only new thing in his diet that changed. I called the # on the label, and "customer service" answered, I explained what had happened and hoped this was just a bad batch, the customer service lady asked what I wanted her to do? Is she for real, I have a super sick dog and a $2,000 vet bill. I'd hope they would be more concerned with that and maybe ask the lot number and details of the what happened and at minimum apologize, that didnt happen. I explained I wanted to talk with someone about the situation, she put me on hold and then proceeded to tell me I needed to email them. I am super disappointed in the company and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
