Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I had ordered a box of these cookies a couple of weeks ago.When they arrived they were not the same cookie I ordered,not the same cookie pictured on the box in the Amazon ad.I would have appreciated being told that Snack Wells had changed their product. Well I guessed I had made a mistake,so I ordered the cookies again.I made sure that the picture on the cookie box was the cookie I wanted.When the cookies came in of coursed you guessed it------they were the new and improve. NOT Amazon's fault!!! but Snack Wells needs to get its act together.
