I ordered a grey comforter and a navy one for my twin boys. The grey one came as described with a 4 piece sheet set. The Navy one came with a 3 piece sheet set that wasn't even the same brand. I got online and a customer service rep was happy to refund my shipping and pay for free shipping on a new set. I planned on returning the Navy set, but hadn't made it to UPS yet when the other arrived. I still received non matching sheets, and they were even a different thread count!! I plan to return all three!
