I thought this was a great product for a great price. I have had good luck with this brand before. Unfortunately, I hadn't known until well after I purchased this that there was an issue. When you go to sharpen the pencils the lead is broken in several places up the pencil. When you sharpen the pencil the lead falls out. Then you sharpen it again, and the lead falls out. Then.... you sharpen it again, and again, and again, and end up with a very small pencil. This doesn't happen in every color, but in most of them the pencil leads are broken. I have many sets of colored pencils, and I take very good care of them. They're kept in their original trays in the original packaging. I love drawing, and I take extreme caution with all of my drawing instruments. I did not cause this to happen to my pencils. Unfortunately, I don't know if this happened in shipping from Amazon or happened from the company, but I spent good money on a product that is mostly useless. I'm very disappointed, and I cannot get my money back. Now, I'm stuck with this product that is unable to be used properly. DO NOT ORDER THESE!!
