If I could give this a minus 10 stars I would. I effing hate this machine more than anything I've ever purchased. It is constantly on UL, meaning that everything wraps itself into a ball onto one side, soaking wet and heavy and you have to check and recheck to balance it out and it still gives you the same error. Doesn't matter if you have a half load or are just washing sheets. You end up with this tight ball and stretched fabric over the whole thing and you need a crane to get it out. The clothes DO NOT get clean and it seriously is the biggest piece of crap out there. We've had ours for over a year, maybe longer, bought it thinking it would save water and be efficient, blah, blah, blah, DO NOT BUY THIS POS MACHINE! I don't care how tempted you are thinking you're getting something worthwhile by what used to be a reputable company. Maytag - major FAIL! -10 stars
