First of all…. The casting. Have the show makers read the books? I don’t think so. Maybe if you haven’t been a fan of the books, you will just think this is another corny fantasy show. If you have, then you’ll be very very dissatisfied in just about every choice made- from the unnecessary story changes, the overly clean, gelled up characters wearing clothes straight from the department stores, and the very confusing race changes. I get being all inclusive or whatever, but when you know a character as looking a certain way, and then hear someone totally different go by their name, it’s just annoying.
