I think these shakes have the best combo of price, flavor and protein, and they were unbeatable when they were in plastic bottles with a screw top. Now (to save on costs, I assume), they are packaged in juice boxes with a fake cap. The "cap" comes off as soon as you grasp it--it's basically a piece of plastic barely glued to the box, and cannot be used again. But the real bummer is that the foil seal beneath sometimes is torn a bit by this--or maybe not--which makes for a big mystery: was it actually torn beforehand, and the shake inside has gone rotten? There's no way to tell. Not wanting to drink something that may actually have been aerating for days or weeks, the only safe thing to do is throw out the shake and hope the next one doesn't show any signs of having been broken. So, five stars on taste and nutrition, but big deductions on wasting plastic to make it appear that there is a screw cap when there isn't, and the fact that just to be on the safe side I've had to toss out several packages because the seals seem damaged. If they just ditched the fake cap and make these like regular juice boxes, where you can see right away that the seal is fine, that would solve the problem of waste and possible spoilage.
