Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I usually don't write reviews but this really freaked me out. So I just received my package about 15 minutes ago and since I'm getting ready for work I decided to put some of this on before me makeup. When I first opened it I noticed there was no seal and that it still looked okay so I decided to use it and seconds after rubbing it on my face I noticed a scratch beside my nose. It doesn't hurt or sting but it just freaked me out because I feel like someone tampered with it. I have 2 pictures of the cut, if I had a cut before this I would've known because I was prepping my face for makeup.
