Lost conductivity after about 9-10 months.
2 out of 2 of our sheets also lost their conductivity by about month 10. While we wash them 1 time/week, we followed the manufacturers recommended washing instructions to the "T". We just reported the problem to customer service and the first response from them was to wash in a slight apple cider vinegar solution. We did this but still no conductivity except at the connection pad which is still firmly sewn to each sheet. Not sure what the next steps are going to be with Earthing.com, but I would not purchase any more sheets from them. They are too expensive not to have better customer support. The word is surely going to get out, and perhaps then they will reexamine their support policies.
