It’s Twilight. New girl is supposed to be shy and stuff but two hottest guys instantly want her for no reason at all, and I mean it’s instant. I’m only half way through and I’m forcing myself to continue but this is just stupid and awful. Please just read King Hall by Scarlett Dawn instead. More mature, but at least the romance is organic for once. This other crap is so tired. And Jaxon is such a boring character. He’s like every other academy romance guy. Supposedly hot and scary (cuz HS guys are so intimidating?) yet is inexplicably drawn to and nice to awkward new girl. It’s so stupid! Seriously the Forever Evermore series is so good compared to this, with good characters and realistic relationships that develop over time.
