At first I was satisfied with this book, but the more I began to read, the more was horrified to discover typographical and grammatical errors. For example, "My Countrymen" had so many errors I had to stop and write this review. I mean just basic grammar and proofreading mistakes, not to mention incorrect line breaks and stanza breaks. If you love poetry, you know a single misspelled word can ruin it. I took a photo of one page compared with my older book from a respected publisher, and you can see "Increases your feebleness" should be "Increased your feebleness," but that is just one error out of many in this poem. In the second photo, "o roar" should be "or roar"--- it doesn't even make sense otherwise. What a disappointment. Clearly, the majority of people reviewing this book have not read much of it or they were not very familiar with Gibran's writing and didn't care. So don't buy this book unless you just want a shelf decoration you never plan to open.
