Poorly edited
I'm surprised by all the glowing reviews of this book. I wasn't really rooting for Natalie so much as I was rooting against Kelly, Tony, and Miles. All in all, the plot was interesting and kept me reading. However, it became tedious to read through all the filler material that was irrelevant to the plot. The biggest hurdle for me was the extremely poor editing. I read this on my Kindle, so the editing may have been better in print form. However, names were spelled differently throughout the book (Maxine/Marine), and the wrong words were used throughout. The book is in definite need of a proofread. The plot is the only thing that kept me trudging through.
