This product would have had 4 or 5 stars up until yesterday when I took it out of the dryer to find several large holes in the fabric that had melted despite following the instructions and drying it on low heat. I tried to call the manufacturer to refund or replace with a product that didn't melt in the dryer but since the order was fulfilled by Amazon, they directed me to pursue it through them. Unfortunately it's been over 30 days and I'm not able to process a return through Amazon and can't find a phone number to call to speak to customer service. I'm hoping that by posting this review somebody - either Amazon or KingLinen - will do the right thing. I have always loved the thickness and weight of this duvet insert. Not too hot, not too cold. If I can find one just like it but doesn't melt in the dryer, I'll be happy.
