Had an older CPR call blocker from 3-4 years back. Bought this new fancy version with all the new built-in blocking features. Problem is it isn't functional. Have a Panasonic DECT cordless telephone system on Cox digital phone service. Hooked it up per instructions and found it caused a 5-7 second delay getting a dial tone when I took ANY phone on the system off-hook. Calls inbound wouldn't ring through for the first 2-3 rings, which with call answering meant you got maybe one ring to answer the phone. Called CPR customer service 800 number. 25 minutes on hold and then tried online service. Nope, they are not interested in trying to help. Sent emails; never heard a thing back. Tried the parallel hook-up procedure and then the phone was normal but the call blocker wouldn't even activate, ever! Save your money, the V10000 isn't worth the hassle, and not so sure I would use CPR after their horrible customer service. Fool me once ........ UPDATE 11/28/2018 - On the CPR Corporate site my same review for 1-star and several others have been deleted. Nothing but glowing suspect and probably fraudulent reviews remain. Now, I know not to ever trust these crooks again!
