I don't like the belt is made with that stinky plastic Smells like skunk when I use it. For $200 you would think it could be made with good material. Very disappointed with that.. You get an exercise video and good advice from Dr Ho with it. I guess I'm too heavy to use it properly because it keeps sliding up until it's at my chest - inflated or not. Working on my weight and will keep trying. although I don't see how the compression works. Yes, it inflates but unless you're thin and in shape I doubt if it will do anything, If I did it over again, I'd wait until I had a figure like Raquel Welsh in her 20's.
