Ive used this for 45 days and so far, no noticeable betterment in the condition of my hair or nails. I will give it another bottle to make it 3 months of use then update my review. April 2014, I'm well into bottle three and I finally feel as if I see results. My hair looks healthier and feels thicker but the real news is my skin which is awesome!! I have a healthy glow and my forehead wrinkles are greatly diminished. I have no side effects from taking the product and plan to continue for at least 6 months to see if my hair growth holds. Normally, when I start a new supplement, I get "sprouts" but that's it..and they normally fall out as fast as they grow in. I have them since taking this and although I take several supplememts, I do beleive this is helping the roots of those sprouts to be stronger so maybe they will hold and get longer. Final Review SEP 2014 I've taken these for a full 9 months and here are my final thoughts. This product did give me noticeable regrowth on my thin and receded edges but the "sprouts" grow in thin and gray and never grew past 1/4" before falling out. After 9 months they should be at least 4 inches long and they are not. The thinning and balding on my nape did not get better with this product at all. This product did not change the wiry, dry texture of my existing hair nor did it increase my slow growth. These had no betterment on the dry, breaking condition of my fingernails. I will end these having taken them for 10 months.
