I much prefer to write a positive review rather than a negative one. I bought this book hoping to give it to a young boy. This book is now in the trash. I would never in good conscience give this book to a child. Quoting such people as Oprah Winfrey and Bill Clinton fits right in with today’s society of Sodom and Gomorrah. It is egocentric. All about me, myself and I. Nothing is mentioned about respect for and obedience to parents, proper authority. And, there are irrelevant distractions which is dangerous . Other descriptive words might be liberal and chaotic contributing to the further destruction of children and their families. A wolf in sheep’s clothing. I could write much more but I have had my say. Enough. At least you have been warned. Our children need adults with integrity. They need the Lord Jesus. Search a little further than What Do You Stand For if the virtues of humility, integrity and good character; of goodness, truth and beauty are what you want to give to your children.
