So after 3 uses with minor wear visible I used it as I nearly dry cooked a pork steak. I can’t recommend this utensil. It is 80 percent wonderful, but 20 percent melty mess. The plastic melted when used to lift a nicely and lightly charred piece of meat. There are food safe plastics for high heat, wish they’d use them. As is, this is not “my favorite spatula”. Update: went to process a return. It’s not 30 days yet. But Amazon rejects the attempt, as “ineligible for return.”
