This is not the same pillow you get directly from the company. My mother bought hers straight from Sutera and she loves it. I bought mine on Amazon and it is clearly different. They look almost exactly the same, but it is clear that they are made with different foam. This is why people are complaining about the smell. Mine smelled bad when I got it, my mother’s did not. The foam on the original is proper memory foam, the one from Amazon is hard. The neck support on this one lifts your head too high, where the original keeps your neck straight. My advice is to order directly from the company, not here.
