This product had great usage for the first 4 months they all of a sudden it stopped working just like the video another Amazon shoppers posted the timer works but they oven/fryer doesn’t work unless I open the oven/fryer door. The oven/fryer is very large but it does have a lot of features, I buy a lot of cusinart products and this is the first that failed me so quickly hopefully the customer service will make it right.
