I do not understand how this pillow could receive so many positive reviews, unless it is by stomach sleepers. It quickly inflates to a loft of about 4"-5", which is fine, BUT is it so soft that it will not adequately support a head and neck. That said, if someone likes the feel of sleeping rather flat, with very little head support, they would probably love this pillow. Yes, your head will sink in--to nothingness. I'm a side and back sleeper and will stick with my somewhat broken down Casper pillow, which while $85, initially was a great pillow. It just didn't last after the trial period of 90 or 100 days (don't recall which). And, like another reviewer said, there truly are little white fuzzy somethings all over the outside of the pillow. They couldn't even blow the stuff off before packing?!
