Didn't do anything. Edit: after posting my review the seller reached out to me with the subject line: "Get a full refund and a new device if you are not satisfied with your purchase!" I followed up with the seller and accepted the offer for a different device which also didn't work. Despite the offer to send a new device and give me a refund now the seller stated that: "I will refund you on Amazon page if you can change your review to a 5 star as a support for my after sale work or just delete it. That will be a great reward for me and I will continue to service our customer better. And once you delete it or change it I will arrange the refund. And you can keep both devices or give them to someone who has a barking problem to have a try." I take a hard pass at people holding my refund hostage. No thank you.
