I purchased the light with the remote control, only to find that the light would turn off after about 2 hours of use. I contacted customer service, and they explained that the light with the remote automatically shuts off after 2 hours (this information isn't included in the user manual or anywhere on the product description on Amazon). The automatic shut off can't be disabled, either. This totally defeats the purpose of having it as a night light in my daughter's room. I do like the light, just not the auto-shut off feature or the fact that the automatic shut-off isn't explained anywhere. I will be returning and purchasing the light without the remote (customer service says that one has no automatic shut-off).
