purchased this with headphones I bought for my kids and the one pair fell apart in my son's hands. When I filed the claim online and put that information, the response was that the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. How is it falling apart in his hand accidental damage?? very disappointing and I won't purchase warranty from square trade again. I've never had a problem with Assurant.
