Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I rarely write reviews but I feel this is a must. I was excited to figure out my dog's intolerances. We just rescued him and I wanted to find the best food for his sensitive stomach. I was hesitant to buy this seeing the reviews and after I received the results I was even more hesitant to react on the results right away so I bought the test again thinking that if the two reports match then I'll have peace of mind purchasing new and pricier food. I received my new report and they don't match. I tried not to be nit picky about items changing level responses, but still, the reports look pretty different to the point that I can't trust the results at all. There were even 23 items that flipped between insignificant response (grey) and level 3 (red). I included some snippets of my two reports, left is first time beginning of August and right is second time middle of August. Don't think my dog suddenly changed... and I only have one dog so I couldn't have mixed up the hair sample.
