I am a chef and have been looking so forward to purchasing these pans for my home. They are the worst pans I have ever had. The amount of sticking and cleaning is crazy and still nothing comes off. I would like to return them but don't think they will. I have cooked for over 40 years and have owned in the past 3 restaurants. Please believe me when I say these are the worst. They discolour, they stick and they already look old after less than a month. I can't express how much I dislike these pans they are ruining my passion for cooking. Their customer service is a joke and won't answer and if you email them they patronize you with a dubbed response that they have already posted and has nothing to do with my question. I have sent them two pictures at different times as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PANS.
