I regret immensely not putting this up as soon as the discrepancy occurred, in order to stop/help people pre-ordering these. We ordered 3 sizes in total after carefully measuring... The only size that was a good fit was the one we didn’t measure for, and was a forced size-up! The two that we did measure for was either much too big, or too small. Luckily for us and potentially unfortunate for many people, these masks shrink rather easily. Some may be okay with not washing them, but I’ll also take the time to note they arrive with a very chemically odor that may disrupt someone with sensitive smell/skin. The issue is that it seems like this product cannot be refunded even despite these manufacturer errors. This is not the case, but many won’t see past this and end up out of both money and useable masks. All-in-all it is a simple mask. But if I would have known about the sizing, integrity, and the scent the masks have... I would have stayed far far away.
