This is my second Ninja in less than 6 months! My first one (late Feb 2020) developed a crack in the base early on after only blending liquids. I complained and they said I would receive another cup but it would take many weeks (it has been around 3 months and I have not received a replacement). I need a blender so I (stupidly bought a second ninja - May 2020). Again, after light use and only blending liquids it has developed a small Crack and the base simply won't turn on today (red blinking power light). I will now have to go through the hassell of trying to get my $ back for two blenders (short return window is closed) and step up and buy a third blender (which certainly won't be a ninja). Given the reviews and price I could even tolerate it's high noise and the common cuts trying to clean the blades. However, given the repeated issues and sub standard customer service I would highly discourage anyone from buying this product.
