All the books leading up to this one were at a minimum good, but this one is very disappointing. Aleron loves his bell curve when explaining the crafting system, and this creation of his falls firmly in the poor category. There was almost no real plot progression and the entire book covers less than a week. Most of the book is just fluff. I would have been fine with waiting longer for a good product.
