I spent an extremely long time reviewing "study pillows" and finally chose this. This product is AWFUL! It's rock hard. The "padded" arms are about as padded as a concrete block. The whole thing is rock hard. The pillow moves up and down but does not stay in place. Plus, even the pillow feels like a brick. Unless the diameter of this pillow is precisely matched with your neck it's 100% useless. The whole thing is made of Styrofoam blocks. There is no give, no softness, no comfort. I figured anything would be an improvement over my $29.00 cheap study pillow that's 5 years old. I was wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!! The "REFUND" on this $100.00 chair is $81.00. I will never buy a product from this store again.
