I bought them and returned the same day when I saw ingredients...I'm sorry I won't put this on my baby skin! Phenoxyethanol - classified as toxic or harmful, Ceteareth 20 and Ceteareth 12 - both may contain potentially toxic impurities such as 1,4-dioxane.
