I bought this product along with the cleaner to refurbish my 2002 acura rl's leather interior. After cleaning with the cleaner, I dried the seats and applied conditioner with a sponge. I followed directions and rubbed in a good amount (see photos). I let it sit for 24hrs before wiping it off with a lint free cloth. Results: The product was oily when applied, but came off clean. I was sad to see that the seats looked the exact same, and felt minimally more hydrated due to residual product. After a day went by, it looked the same as before I applied the product, except now my wallet was $15 short. I see a lot of reviewers here who give great praise to this item, but dont overlook the "i received this product free/discounted" disclaimers. It seems the company does a good job of hyping this product. I gave it a chance with high hopes and was let down. *shiny photos are the before, nonshiny are the after
