WARNING - NOT KETO FRIENDLY
WARNING. This product contains soluble corn fiber which caused my glucose to spike and ketones to drop! Soluble corn fiber is also known as maltodextrin which is NOT keto friendly for many people, including me apparently. Will be returning.
