This printer has good features, as I originally thought...BUT that is if it works or doesn't run out of ink. This printer has sat on my bookshelf for over a year because it will not scan, copy, or fax until ALL INK IS FULL. Or when IT thinks it should be filled. Therefore, the ink may not be very low, but it is ESTIMATED low - so it won't work until you replace it. And because the ink is so expensive, I just used my old printer in black and white. Which brings me to my next complaint - THE INK. I have never seen any printer waste/use so much ink so fast in my life. It's disgusting. One round of ink just lasted me 5 photos. Now i have to run out and spend almost $100 more dollars? I'm eyeballing an old Canon color printer for $50 that would be cheaper for me to buy right now. Also, "scan to computer" doesn't work. Enabled and all, doesn't work. So I've pulled out my trusty old Canon portable scanner and use that. Seriously, this printer is good for 2 things. Gathering dust and making me mad.
