Product was advertised as "Certified Manufacturer Refurbished product to look and work like new, with limited to no signs of wear" The one I received shows more wear than my old Dyson slim model I have used for over five years. The canister bottom release does not work, the power on button sometimes needs to be pushed a second or third time to start and the brush roller has worn areas. Ugh looks like I will have to spend time trying to disassembly, re-package and return..
