I want my money back. You allowed me to purchase the season 11 pass and did not let me know that you have to pay additional money for AMC. I want a full refund. I have been a loyal member from day one and you pull this bait and switch after 11 seasone? That is low! Straight gangster! Refund my account. I will watch on Netflix, I'm good! PS I have purchased a season pass and only able to watch 4 episodes. I have been robbed by Amazon Prime.
