I have used this mattress for 1.5 years now and I must say that the initial 4-5 months, it was just brilliant. As days passed, the bed started sagging from all ends and the springs started poking us. I had made sure that I turn the mattress around every 2 weeks (in some cases - every month). With all this done, it felt like the springs inside this mattress had started falling over. I wrote to "Zinus" twice, and absolutely no reply. Zinus on their Amazon page claims "hundreds of independent iCoils providing customized support while minimizing motion transfer for uninterrupted sleep" and "Firm, customized support from Pressure Relieving Comfort Foam and iCoil Pocketed Springs". With all the back pain and neck pain - thanks to the mattress, I decided to cut open this mattress to check what exactly was going on in there. They have a large pocket (one end of the mattress to the other), with springs lined up inside them, and they had used dabs of glue to create so called pockets. Failure of one spring, in one row will lead to a complete collapse of the row. Additionally, I am not sure if they meant one inch foam or one centimeter foam. It definitely does not look anything close to one centimeter, let alone one inch. I have posted pictures of the mattress and its internals. Do not buy this mattress if you plan to use this for everyday need. With no support from the Zinus team, I had no choice but to dispose this mattress.
