The softener arrived, I install it went through the setup no problem. the next morning the salt tank was full of water. I contacted the hot line and was given some things to check which I already had, no problem there. I tried to set up a service call under the warranty was told they would take care of it and notify me. A week later I called back no record a service call was submitted. Over the next week I talked to 4 more techs each one told me they would take care of it and didn't. Finally I found the problem my self called the hot line and asked them to send me the part and I would fix it my self. I am presently waiting for the part fingers crossed. Its not like this is a blouse that's simple to return so your stuck with the warranty. My advice buy your softener locally if you have an issue you can deal with it in person. Also a supervisor never seem to be available and call backs never happened.
