Do not buy these slippers. This seems to be a company that has nice presentation, nice looking items, but apparently no quality. If you shop at Old Navy like I do sometimes, you know what I'm talking about. But maybe you also get what you pay for. Like every other pair of slippers I have bought for less than $25, these only lasted 2 months. I have only had one brand that lasted 6 months, and they are $50 now. I probably wouldn't feel a need to be so negative if they responded to my emails. They have no warranty info as far as I can tell. I went to their website and the page for the return policy literally did not work. I got a "404 Page Does Not Exist" message. I also emailed them at the email they say they use to provide excellent customer service, and got nothing.
