It’s been almost a year since I ordered this pan because of its excellent rack and size. Used it once, no problem. Yesterday I used it for only the 2nd time. As the pictures show, the lining, "superior non-stick technology", is peeling off in fairly large pieces. I can’t cook in it anymore so it’s going in the garbage. Look elsewhere for a good roasting pan rather than one that only looks good. I would not recommend this product.
