Just after I had written a positive review, I found one arm rest had pulled out of the back of the chair. Customer service has been awful in handling this fix. First, they proceeded to blame the manufacturing problem on me and told me they couldn't help me. Then they decided they would replace the back of the chair but are out of stock and it's my responsibility to follow up on the request once they are back in stock. Do not purchase these chairs. They are poor quality and customer service is a nightmare to deal with.
