This neck stretcher should be avoided
This product was a huge disappointment.
Do not believe all the fake high ratings.
Discomfort of the hard surface makes this product impossible to use.
Also why are metal tipped spikes part of the design?
Good alternatives are available and will be found. (Even considering a large air filled exercise ball to lay back upon for spin and neck.)
Advise: Do not buy this product.
