The food processor is great when it works, especially for the the price. However, the first one I got arrived with a broken bowl. I sent that one back and got a replacement. The bowl on the replacement lasted 2 months before it cracked on me. Because I was outside 30 days, Amazon wouldn't replace it and I had to contact the manufacturer. They charged me $5 for shipping, but the part was free. Even though this bowl is top rack safe, I'd recommend hand washing it. The food processor does a really good job so for less than $30 I still think this is a good deal, however the bowl being so weak sucks.
