Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Was excited to get my brand new set of speakers today. Logitech is known to make a quality product, so I was quite surprised to find that the speakers intermittently emit a static every few seconds. Reading through the reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Shame on you Logitech for putting a shotty product on the market... I went to try to return the product only to find that it is not returnable; however, after a one minute phone call with Amazon, I was told that I would be provided with a full refund of the product even though it couldn't be returned. Great job Amazon for proving to be persistently committed to outstanding customer service.
