There is one major design flaw with these pop molds, which is baffling considering how nicely they are designed in every other way. The sticks are completely smooth and lack the standard "notching" that prevents the stick from sliding out of the frozen fruit/yogurt/whatever -- so it slides out every time. This means that by the time you get the pop out of the mold, the pop is just balanced on the stick (as long as you hold it upright), not frozen onto it. As you can imagine, this is a recipe for disaster if you put one of these pops in the hands of a small child who is not going to remember to hold it perfectly upright. It is really inexplicable coming from Zoku that they would not have thought of this during the design phase (or discovered it as they were testing out their product). If this critical flaw were corrected, I'd be perfectly happy with this pop molds - but unfortunately, it's a pretty big flaw.
