This switch worked okay for 10 months. Then it just stopped working. The power was on, but none of the port lights would work, and no data would pass through. This product carries a one year warranty, but my experience was the warranty is not honored. The NETGEAR person on the phone refused to process an RMA unless I gave a credit card and agreed to pay $86 for technical support to show the switch was really broken. This is the last piece of NETGEAR equipment I will purchase.
